Taking into account the evaluations of food critics and gastronomy professionals, Taste Atlas has announced the list of 'The 150 Most Legendary Restaurants of 2023'. In the list, both the best restaurants and the iconic dishes of these restaurants were shared.
While Figlmüller in Vienna took the first place in the list, 6 restaurants from Turkey managed to enter the list.

İmam Çağdaş Lokantası in Gaziantep, which entered the list at the 35th place, took the top spot among Turkish restaurants, and Ali Nazik Kebab was shared as its iconic dish.

Bursa Uludag kebab shop took the 46th place. Iskender kebab, the most popular flavor of Bursa, was chosen as the iconic dish.
