Change of General Manager at Miracle Resort Hotel
Miracle Resort Hotel's General Manager Ahmet İllez has transferred the general manager position, which he has held since 2005, to Mustafa Ergun, who is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager and Sales Marketing Director of the hotel.
Ahmet İllez, a seasoned tourism professional with 45 years of experience in the industry, has set an example by handing over his position to Mustafa Ergun. İllez will continue to support Miracle Resort Hotel as a consultant.
Leaving at the pinnacle is invaluable
Expressing his feelings after passing the baton, İllez stated, "I have completed 45 years in the profession, with 36 of those years spent in Antalya. In the sector, which we entered as young, dynamic, and ambitious individuals, I still experience the excitement of the first day. We have shaped our current management approach with the discipline and teachings of the first day, making it unique to ourselves. Training an employee is very difficult and challenging. Mustafa Bey has developed well in the sector and continuously progressed. We worked as a team here. I have been working with Mustafa Bey since 2009. We do not hire managers externally. We discover, select, nurture, and train our own managers from within our organization. Starting from lower levels, we have been training and promoting all managers in this hotel, providing them with opportunities to develop themselves, without losing their future, hopes, and excitement, always aiming for success at the top. I must emphasize that Mustafa Bey is humane, a good family man, and has quick wit. He is a loved, honest, and successful manager. Mustafa Bey possesses all three of these qualities. I have no doubt that he will carry the flag even further."

Miracle Resort Hotel, brought to Turkish tourism by the MÖN Construction company in 2005, continues its operations in the Kundu region of Antalya. Mustafa Ergun, the new general manager of Miracle Resort Hotel, expressed his feelings upon taking over the position: "I am very proud to take on this important role at Miracle Resort Hotel, where we have worked like a big family for 15 years.
